Dear Joan and Kurt-I understand how disappointing it was when your plans to move changed at the very last minute. Of course I was sorry to read these negative reviews left on my business pages, especially in light of the fact that I believed our working relationship was a good one and prematurely ended due to a change in your personal plans. The delivery of the beautiful flowers and the personal note you left for me (after your listing was cancelled) were very much appreciated and did not indicate in any way that you were dissatisfied with my services.
